design and development based on the theory of settling tank filler, widely used in water treatment settling tank.
Generally the cross-section is rectangular or hexagonal. It is made of the ethylene-propylene copolymer or
polypropylene and other engineering materials. Its wetted perimeter is long, hydraulic radius is small, the
run-time laminar flow is good, and the particle settlement is not affected by the turbulent disturbance, what’s more, it can
accelerate the particles and water separation and reduce the particle settling distance. Features This product is with the ethylene-propylene copolymer grade plastic
as the material, made by infrared temperature of hot pressing. It has accurate size, large specific surface area,
smooth surface, and it is safe, non-toxic, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, easy to wash. Inclined tube is mainly used for a variety of sedimentation and
grit removal. In the decade, it is most widely used in water supply and drainage project, and becomes a water treatment
device. It is suitable for a wide range of high treatment efficiency, small footprint and so on. This product is
not only applied to inlet grit removal, general industrial and domestic water supply precipitation, sewage sedimentation,
water purification, purifying the chemical sewage and life sewage, but also used in coal mine water treatment, coal
